Return & Exchange Policies



If you're not 100% satisfied, simply return your product for a full refund.  All infanttech products come with a 60 day satisfaction guaranteed.  We are happy to assist you with returning infanttech items. Customer Care must be contacted before returning any items at our email: All returns must contain all the components, undamaged, and in their original packaging and be accompanied by a receipt dated less than 60 days from the return postage date. Infanttech will credit you the entire purchase price of the item, however shipping fees to and from Infanttech will not be refunded.  Item(s) must be packed inside a shipping box with sufficient protection. If the product is not in its original condition, the credit amount will be less depending on case by case basis.  Excludes tampered items: any product that has been altered, broken, or replaced will not be eligible to receive a refund.  If product has been tampered and returned to infanttech, infanttech will ship the item back to customer.



If you receive an item that has a manufacturer’s defect we are happy to ship a replacement. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item.  Please contact Customer Care within (15) days of receiving your order or within the warranty period to our email. Shipping fees to and from infanttech’s warehouses are the responsibility of the customer, including for international customers. Customer is responsible to ensure product is returned in its original state and not altered or damaged in any way. If the product is not in original condition, is damaged and a credit is requested, the credit amount will be less depending on a case by case basis.  We are not able to accept any item(s) that have been disassembled or modified in any way, due to the overall quality and integrity being compromised. The six month warranty is also void if any item has been tampered- if a product has been altered, broken, or replaced and if an infanttech product was purchased from an unauthorized dealer.  Please see unauthorized vendor list HERE. Please note that this return policy applies only to shipped items you have received. Warranty does not cover wear and tear items such as cables, brackets, adapters, or any accessory outside of the actual camera and monitor.

Cancellation Policy

Product(s) may be cancelled within 24 hours of product purchase.  This date is based on each individual product’s purchase date, not the date of order placement or payment.  No cancellations will be accepted after 48 hours of the product purchase.  This policy applies only to item(s) that have not yet shipped. 

Pre-ordered product(s) may be cancelled within (15) days of the product purchase. This date is based on each individual product’s purchase date, not the date of order placement or payment. No cancellations will be accepted after (15) days of the product purchase. This policy applies only to items that have not yet shipped. 


Yes, you can receive a refund for the amount difference of an item now on sale on our website's shop.  This refund is available upon request.  This applies only to item(s) purchased within the previous (7) days prior to the start date of the sale.  The purchase date refers to the product purchase date, not the order date or payment date. 


Refund monies may be used for store credit.
